55 gallon setups
 

I have the opportunity to put my hands on a couple of 55 gallon white, airtight, plastic barrels. It started me thinking about what it would take to put together a 55 gallon brew setup. So, I need inspiration...

Does anybody have any 55 gallon setups they would like to share info about? Photos, schematics or recipes?

Hmmmm, first I would need about 6 more stoves in my apartment. Probably need to invest in about 7 or so more carboys too....

My buddies and I are makeing one right now. We have two plastic barrels, one for a mash tun and one for a HLT. We did our first brew on sunday and did 20 gallons. We used 2 keggles and split the runnings. We got a 55 gallon SS barrel for a kettle, but it wasn't here in time for the first brew.

Here is a pic of the setup that I use. 1 stainless steel barrel BK 55 gallons, 1 HDPE plastic HLT (middle) and the mash tun on the right. I used 1/2 copper tubing for the manifold.
