I'm looking for a link to a 3 tier brew stand that had something like "hooks" to hold the kegs from the bottom. Does anyone recall seeing this before? Thanks.

No, but lately people have been building vertical stands out of t-slot structure. I see no reason why you could not cheaply fabricate something like that.

Couevas showed me his keg hook thing and I copied it. It works pretty good, and allows me to rock the brew kettle during IC. Here are some pics that should illustrate. It's 2 L shaped pieces, you slide the rim into the top slot and then lower the skirt into the bottom hook.
