Default 3-md-hc fix

Ok, I must have over-tightened one of the collared studs on my 3-md-hc, because the threaded bushing that it screws in to on the mounting bracket came loose. I hammered it back in, but now it turns around and around. Any idea the best way to fix this? I'm thinking a little glue or epoxy between the bushing and the mounting bracket (gorilla glue, perhaps) will probably fix this...

Gorilla glue is not gonna cut it. A good epoxy will do the trick.

Loctite Red high strength or their bearing mount product.
Rough up the insert with small center punch plus the pocket it sets in with a dental tool for a better bite.
