Default West County Cider - Kingston Black

First time for me to taste Kingston Black cider. Now I understand what the fuss is about. I'm new to cider, just now fermenting my first two 5 gallon batches. I've had a few commercial ciders including Original Sin, Newton cider, and Aspall(?). This is by far the most complex, and pleasant cider I've had albeit in my limited experience. I'm from Chicago and found this at Lakeview liquors on Addison and Leavitt. They have a surprising number of ciders in stock as well as their well known supply of belgian beers. I have no affiliation with them other than spending way too much of my money there
