I don't know if I've ever seen it for sale before Thanksgiving. In fact, I seem to remember it coming out around X-Mas.

I did not know such a thing existed. Glad I do now. I know where my 100 dollar gift card is going (well it was always going to be beer, now I know I should save some for holiday time). Cheers.

It's delicious. A seasonal Belgian-style brew made by Unibroue for TJ's. At ~$4.99 for a 750 mL bottle, it can't be beat.

Since 2008 (when I noticed it) it has been. Now I buy a case each year to store and age. It is bottled on the lees, so its character will change over time.

The Trader Joe's around here actually do not sell them, as ridiculous as that sounds. I have wanted to try it for a long time.

Are you in a remote part of L.A.? I can attest to the fact that they had *tons* of bottles available last year in Hollywood, West L.A., Pasadena, Santa Monica, etc... (Attestable by the fact that we bought them. Cases of them, in fact!)
