Saw a bottle of this and knew I had to at least pick one up. Anyone have any input? Should I age it for a while or tear into it??
How was it? I picked up a bottle and am curious on what I got myself into
From what I have read it's not very sour. So I decided tO cellar mine for a while.
It isn't very sour, and frankly I didn't care for it much.
I was excited as I love most of de Proef's brews, this one was a disappointment. Zoetzuur on the other hand is amazing, as was Surly Bird.
there was about zero sour to it. not sure an extended aging would have helped, but it might have. def was disappointing.
