Default Sam Adams Cranberry Lambic

Nice refreshing beer but not a very lambic tasting ale. Technically it does use lambic yeast but it hasn't had quite enough time to really become sour.

Default Cranberry Lambic

The aftertaste is cloyingly sweet. It has all the right tastes up front, minus the tartness in other lambics. It just sits on the pallet though. I enjoy the finish in some beer, but not this.

Anyone have a recipe for something similar to the Magic Hat sour beer?
Thanks Maltyno

Excellent in a beer float though, as is their Cherry Wheat.
