Default Saint Bernarduus Abt 12

Just wanted to throw up a post saying I had this on draft last night, I believe it is the best beer I have ever had. At 10.5% its got a real kick but boy does it go down smooth, and the flavor is just absolutely unbelievable. Truly one of those trascendent drinking experiences. That is all!

Interesting. I tried this brew a few weeks ago because the local store had singles for sale. I think I paid more than $5 for 12oz. How much did you pay for a draft? I liked it but didnt love it. I think the guy @ the store hyped it up a little too much so I had high expectations.

abt 12 is a fine quad. There's a bar that has it on right now close to me. I should go get a glass. And 5 bucks or so is reasonable for an 11.2 oz. bottle.

I think I was paying 8 bucks for a 14 oz draught. So 24 dollars later I was looking at a nice walk home!

Great beer!!! Ive had it on tap. I think I paid 6.00 for a goblet. I have not had a bad St. Bernardus. Great beer. The Prior 8 goes perfect with a nice grilled steak!

I think my favorite is actually the Prior 8, though I love all St Bernadus' ales, and like ColonelForbin said Rochefort 10 is probably my favorite.

+1 on the Prior 8, both are fantastic, I've had the 12 on draft once, I can get it pretty easy in my local store too
