Sounds like you have to mention it now.
Leave us hanging?

Unless it's something like body parts in the beer, I'm sure we'll all keep drinking Old Rasputin anyway.
In fact, I don't think that would stop most of us.
Hell, someone here would probably clone it.

? Inquiring minds want to know?

BCS is a great one...plenty of fantastic brews already mentioned w/ Old Raspy. Some of my favorites: Storm King, 10 Fidy (though I'll take an old chub over it for the buck), GL Blackout Stout, Bells Expedition, Stone, Yeti, Boris, Big Bear (prb the best bang for the buck) & Iron Hill.

North Coast was a sponsor of the 2008 BYO label contest, which I won silver in. I was supposed to recieve an item from them, which they welshed on. In my opinion, that is a lifetime ban, not just because it effected me directly, but because there is no reason this should happen. The head guy for BYO was more than accommodating in trying to work with the brewery, but nothing came of it but several emails between me and the editor. I even reached out to the emails on the North Coast site, which were ignored. I did not need or want anything more than my label in the mag, but this is real bad form in my opinion.

It is a shame too, I really liked several of their products and have good availability to most out here on the east coast.

That was my issue with them. If they do not follow through with the homebrewing community, you can see what kind of people they are.

I appreciate the intent, but it really is not about any swag or free stuff. It is about what has already happened. With all of the great beer that is out there, I have found some wonderful substitutions for the North Coast beers for me and everyone I can influence.
