I recently stumbled upon a few different varieties from River Horse brewery in Lambertville, NJ. I picked up a sixer of basic Lager and it was great. If you're in the NJ/PA area, check it out. I know the Buy-Rites carry it.
I picked up a six of the Hop hazard Pale ale. I belive this is my first dry-hopped ale. It's pretty tasty. I would like to get down to this brewery sometime (about 1 hr drive)
It's interesting how tastes change eh? I bought another six of the Riverhorse lager and also tried the ESB and I felt like it was OK. I guess I was just able to try so many other great beers since then or my taste just changed.
I just picked up a six of Hop Hazard tonight and just finished one bottle...definitely not a bad beer. The hops seem just a bit understated for a dry hopped beer. I was expecting a bit more aroma. The bitterness is well balanced with the maltiness. Overall, I would have it again. The last time I was in Lambertville, River Horse was closed. I'll have to venture over some time soon to try one (probably more) on tap.
yup and apparently they are going to open somewhere in phila too.
I haven't been there since the change in ownership but there is also a brewpub over in lahaska (peddlers village) and from what I have read, their brewmaster is from Yards Brewing and they also feature plenty of Yards products on draught.

I also read (perhaps in Ale Street) that they're looking into opening another location in Red Bank.
