Default Indian Brown Ale

Like a lot of other DFH beers, this one feels like it didn't attenuate enough, or they took special care to use malts that lent to full bodied character. It has enough dryness, but its much fuller and sweeter than many other brown ales. Had I not read the bottle, I would have thought this more in line with a porter. I think a lighter bodied, slightly less caramel/roast beer would work well with the hopping done here. When it comes down to it, I wouldn't order another pint.
