Default I'm punishing my liver tonight!

With Simpatico Barleywine Ale from Argentina.
simpatico-001.jpg

Sweet malt up front. Flavors of cinnamon, apple, toffee. A bit husky/grainy with some floral and grassy notes. big hop finish but overall taste is a bit muted.

Oh well, I still have to finish this 750ml bottle by myself.

Finishing a 750ml bottle can be a challenge. I have a few 750ml bottles I'm saving for that special moment when I'm in the mood to drain one.

That barleywine looks good. The last barleywine I had was complete ass.

Barleywine and smoked ribs, sounds like a pretty good night to me.
