Default Hoegaarden Grand Cru or Guiness FES

Both clocking in at 8.7%+.

I found that blending teh Grand Cru with a the standard Wit made for an excelently balanced beer.

Anyone else had the pleasure of either?

I found the GC cloying on it's own. I may even try making a black and white with a layered FES and GC.
