Default Flying Dog Simcoe Single Hop Imperial IPA

Had a couple pints of this last night at a local pizza place that always has a good selection of limited quantity beers. As the name implies, Simcoe is the only hop in this IPA, and the flavor shines through incredibly. I'd never had a beer that only had Simcoe, and will be adding that to my list soon.

Had a great pine aroma, good bitterness, and some citrus undertones. Also was 9.4% ABV...
