Anyone ever have this beer? (

Monk's Cafe in Philly. Even after a couple good Belgians including a Chimay, this was still my favorite of all the beers I tried.
I'd also like to try to brew it myself, so if anyone has a recipe or sees one out there, let me know.
PS - I highly recommend hitting Monk's if you are in Philly. Just be prepared to spend a few bucks because you will want to try a ton of different beers... over 200 on the menu!
