Hey everyone, I had a Bridgeport Hop Czar the other day and thought it was pretty damn good Really hoppy yet balanced, I'm not a huge ipa fan as I usually prefer stouts or wheat beers so I don't have a large base for comparison. Has anyone tried this and is there a recipe for something similar that you could point me to?
Well, I happen to be drinking one right now. It is a pretty good IPA and a bit hoppier than most. I reminds me a lot of the IPA I usually brew but I don't have any ready to drink at the moment.
