Default Belzebuth

I just bought a Belzebuth 13% apv beer and the date on the label is 28.05.06 L45.2.08 There is stuff floating around in the bottle, I think it's bad.

It's definitely not bad. What you're seeing is probably just yeast sediment. That beer will age quite nicely for several years.

Bump... I'm drinking a glass of this now. Very different... but pretty damn good! How the heck does a 13% ABV beer start with such a nice sweet beginning and end with such a dry finish? Is there Brett in this thing?

Definitely a sneaky beer. One will get you going. It's in the same style as Duvel but is much more of a devil of a beer.

I really don't see it as in the same style as Duvel. It's more like a Judas. Strong red fruits / caramel, thick and sweet.

Not the crisp, Banana/clove/Bubblegum, midly malty devil.

I don't like it though, found it too coying.
