Default Beer tonight and tomorrow!

Mexican food is tonight. I know the traditional thing to do is Corona or some light lager, but I'm going with two beers. Alesmith Horny Devil. It is about 2 years old, so I am sure it'll be interesting. I will also open Jolly Pumpkin Oro de Calabaza, which I think should be perfect with fajitas.

Tomorrow night is braised lamb ragu over pasta. For this I have Mirror Mirror from Deschutes and the Alesmith Decadence English Barleywine. Looking forward to this.

And I'm also taking a growler full of bourbon vanilla imperial porter. yay!

Nogne 0 Imperial stout and pineapple curried shrimp.

Tomorrow: Ninkasi SleighR - this one's a WINNER! Best of the Ninkasi line, IMO.
