Default Beer-On-Beer Drinks

Do you have any good Beer-On-Beer or Beer-On-Cider recipes?

For example; Monks Flemish Sour Ale with Woodchuck Cider is delicious
As is Guinness with Wells Banana Bread Beer

This could probably go in the Food-Pairings forum as well, if someone wants to move it.

I'll have to try the Guinness and Wells Banana. I just found out our local pub has bottles of it by fluke. They have several beers that they don't even advertise...how the hell are they supposed to sell them?

Anyways, I fancy Guinness and Shock Top. They separate very well and is quite pretty. I call it a "candy corn" and usually there is someone at the bar that will ask what I'm drinking.

The Old Chicago chain calls the Guiness and Blue Moon combo an Eclipse.
