I have a bottle of this bought warm that is now in my fridge. Think I could take it out and start aging it in a cool dark place now or is it too late as it is already cold? Any input thanks
you can safely take it out and age it in the 60's. Or leave it there. Beer will age in the fridge it just takes longer.
