Default What site do you suggest to create labels?

The site I had been using is picnik.com (which is now closing down). So what site does anyone suggest? Typically I like to upload a photo of a concert I've been to or band I like and work with that photo..

Thanks!

labeley.com was one I just recently found out about. It's free also!

LabelValue dot com does custom labels. Pricing would be dependent upon how many labels you're looking for...
