Default What program to use?

What do you guys use for creating your labels and whatnot? I have an apple and there really are no programs that im happy with (surprisingly). I want adobe photoshop but its expensive. Is there any good freeware? Or are there mac users out there that can help a brother out w/ a program?

I have an apple as well. I have an "acquired" copy of photoshop cs2 that I found a torrent for. I had to run the keygen on my PC though.

If you don't want to "acquire" yourself a copy of PS, then I think you should get GIMPshop. It's a modification of GIMP that is supposed to work like PS. Never personally tried it, but it's free. You can't beat that.

Nothing can really beat Photoshop IMO... I have used a ton of different applications, but I always go back to photoshop CS2...
