Default Painted Bottle Caps

Has anyone ever tried painting their bottle caps to match the bottle/label?

For instance maybe covering the bottle (after bottling, so the inside/sanitation wouldn't be compromised), and spray painting the beer cap?

No. But by don't you look into http://www.bottlemark.com/

You can customize your own and it's pretty inexpensive.

I use bottle mark to customize all my caps. It's a cheap way to customize your bottles and no labels to add and remove.

Painting would probably take WAYYYYY more time and patience than I have. I did see a thread floating around here though about STAMPING bottle caps with the rubber stamps you get at craft stores, using a special ink that is permanent. That seems like something I'd be willing to do.

Wow, thanks guys. Bottlemark is way cheaper than I would've thought. I just didn't want the "BB" ones that come with my first Brewer's best kit. Kind of generic.
