New logo help

So, I decided to redesign my brewing logo just for the heck of it.
Here are three versions so far, nothing is final just yet.

Which one do you think is best? Any other suggestions?

I like #3 as well, but to be brutally honest I really don't like that picture in the middle. Poor composition.

I like #3, but I wonder if you'll be able to make out the image in the middle if it's shrunk down for a bottle, etc.

thanks for the input!
been thinking for a while about changing the center pic (it's actually me at my father's b-day that i traced to a bitmap using inkscape).
i was thinking of a profile shot of someone drinking a beer. maybe a silhouette or something.
