Default Mapfelwein

I'm currently fermenting a Mapfelwein (Apfelwein with Maple syrup). I used 2 quarts of maple & 2 gallons of apple juice, SG was 1.102. This is the label, although I might tweak it a bit.

I did all my artwork by hand with the assistance of my new Wacom tablet.

Will have to wait until I'm not at work to see the label art (stupid websense at work filters out imageshack) but sounds like that will be a very interesting beverage. Make sure to post a taste review when it's ready.

Sorry, didn't realize people were asking for updates. It's got some about 10 - 15 points of gravity left to ferment, then I'll bottle it. Tastes quite good though. Thanks for your interest guys

Default How About This

I was picturing something like a this, maple sap bucket except an apple falling from the tapped maple tree.
