I'm kind of new to the forums (and brewing!) but I went to school for visual design so I'm going to give my 2 cents. I think it's a really cool idea, but from a design standpoint it is a bit of a mixed message and too busy. Have you thought about leaving the barley and hops out and just having the handcuffs?
I think the handcuff "B" is really cool.
You might be able to do a handgun or something for the "L" if you want to put something else in there in place of the barley.
The trick is to make sure people can read it without having to pause and think about it. In the end though, it's your brew, make sure you're happy with it!
