The best way is to use a free photo-sharing site like Photobucket. Save your photoshop files as JPEGs or TIFFs and upload them to the site. Then you can insert the HTML code for the image when you post.

Professor Frink my friend, how do I go about finding photobucket and then what should one do ? Sorry, can't help but feel a little computer dumb. Played with the computer a little, but not much experience with the net. Thanks for taking the time in answering me. Jezza

The easiest way for a complete noob who doesn't like setting up accounts is to goto

imageshack.us and browse.
Find the picture.
Use the Hotlink for forums (1)
Just copy the code and paste it in you post.

It looks like

If you go to www.photobucket.com, you can upload photos onto their server. Under the photo it'll have a URL like in Orfy's post for sharing. The amount of pictures you can upload on photobucket is pretty big too. I haven't used imageshack, but I think it's pretty much the same.
