Default help-whats a good label making software

i want to make some labels for my brews cheaply.
just saw a brewer on here that spent 26 dollars on 100 blank labels.

i dont spend that much on most of my brew ingredients for 5 gallons.

whats a good program to try.

What does the cost of labels have to do with what program you use? Seems like a non sequitur. Those were inkjet waterproof labels with adhesive...that's why they were expensive. Some people use cardstock and a gluestick or even milk as the adhesive.

As far as programs,

Logo Design Studio Pro
Gimp
Inkscape

are popular here.
