I have the name as island time as of right now but I'm not particularly fond of it and lacking any creativeness I thought I'd turn here for help.

The obvious route:
Tropical Escape
Sunset Getaway
Leaning Palm
Sundown Relaxation
Paradise Isle
Destination Paradise
Castaway Cove

End the above with Brewery or Brew Co. and you're set.
