I have no artistic skills. I can only see what I want in my mind and nothing else.

I am trying to take a Pirate Flag and put this white wine bottle as the bones under the skull. Keeping the entire thing simple like the Pirate Flag, just with this little difference. Anybody able to help out on this? I could spend hours working to get it right and still not have it.
