I have a blog. It's mostly conservative politics and the name is tongue in cheek, but beer is the focus here. That said, I wanted to use my "nomme De Blog in my upcoming attempt to home brew.

Herewith is my first attempt. I may refine it to include the actual style of brew when I finally get my equipment in a few weeks.

For me, it's a process of trying to figure out what I want to say. I have various graphics programs including GIMP and the other free ones. I also use Photoshop Elements 7 that is not free.

Since my name is based upon my 20 years in the military and my current employment with a DOD contractor, I wanted something that looked the part.

I'm still not happy with it. I'll keep workin in on it.

Just sit down and play with a graphics program. That's all I do.
