Yes there is some juvenile humor involved however a "cock" is a 19th century English term for a tap or that beer is served on draft.
I found a quote referring to Cock and Bottle meaning that beer is served both on draft and in the bottle.
There's just no humor in calling ourselves the Draft and Bottle Brewing Company.
From:
E. Cobham Brewer
1810–1897. Dictionary of Phrase and Fable. 1898.
Cock and Bottle. A public-house sign, meaning draught and bottled ale may be had on the premises. The “cock” here means the tap. It does not mean “The Cork and Bottle.”
