Here is a preliminary label design being done by Josh at Brew Brand Creative. Just putting it out there for any feedback.
He is doing the logo right now. The background is from an existing label format that will be redesigned to work better with the logo.

I like it alot. It will definitly stand out of the crowd.
My one piece of input is. I think it would look nice to have maybe a skull and crossbones on top instead of the crown logo, maybe. But JMO.

I agree, that is part of the background that is from a generic label layout. We will be working on that part once the 'Captian Jack' logo is finished.
That would be a great place to put a cross bone.
