Default Brewery name help

Alright, after some thought, then some flip-flopping, and a change to another idea, my wife made a suggestion (based on an old CB handle then Internet handle), that has stuck for a couple weeks.

Iron Dragon Brewery, no wait...

Iron Dragon Brewhouse....oh, how about Iron Dragon Brewhaus?

Maybe since I'm not an actual brewery or business, I should just stick with

Iron Dragon Brews

So what do you think? I'm going between these four variations at this point, but I guess I'm still flip-flopping.

On the upside, I have the idea for a logo to put on my labels (know if I had artistic skill I could actually create it), and a theme for the label layouts, on various brews.

Do what I did. Event Horizon. No "brews", "brewery", "Brew Works", etc.

Just because your not selling it don't mean your not a brewery. When you brew as much as I do a year, your a brewery!

kudos to you...! After a while odds are your going to brew enough to want to call yourself a brewery and for all intensive purposes you are. Ide stick Brewhaus with german only brewing names although iron dragon brewery could be cool.
