Default Brewery name?

This has been bugging me for a while. I just can't decide on a good name. Input and comments might help me sleep at night. The first is a tribute to my other hobby, gunsmithing. The second is the name of the family ranch in Kansas. The third is also a take on the name of my gunsmithing project. The fourth is a funny suggestion by a friend of mine.

I like the "Cold Barley Soup" bit, but don't feel that it goes together with "Brewing Company" bit... I voted for it anyway...

I like the Bench Top Brewing, has a good ring to it. Also, as brewing tends to involve a lot od DIY projects it gives a nod to that aspect of the hobby as well.

Bench Top Brewing (or Brewery maybe?) had the best sound to me.

Well, I think the public has spoken. I'm thinking Bench Top Brewery it is. It does have a good ring to it. Thanks everyone.
