I like it, the coloring in the second one is definitely better. Well at least I think all the text should be the same color, perhaps trying it changing everything to the color of DD from the first one?

What does DD Brewery stand for? Drunk Duck?

I like the design but the label itself maybe a bit long and narrow for a 12oz bottle.
