First pass at a label for this. Don't usually name my beers, but this one named itself. My mash efficiency had an unexpected jump, and this Dubbel came out a couple points higher than expected. Still delicious, but was trying to figure out what to call it - it's in the OG range of a Tripel, but it still has the darker color and maltiness of a Dubbel. I described it to a friend as kind of a Dubbel-Plus, and promptly had a 1984 NewSpeak flashback.
So, here's my first pass at Big Brother DubbelPlusGood. Suggestions welcome.
