Ok so it's starting to get chilly at night around these parst .... and my space heaters are starting to come on ... I hate it when that happens. Some time in November they come on permanently until around March. But, I must admit, my foremost concern was for the temperature in the brew room. ... though right now, even 70F feels cold ...

Only in Buffalo. It's the only city on earth with more pizza parlors than starbucks on every corner. Always joked with my Wife (She's from Batavia) that if we ever got stuck in a snow drift, we wouldn't freeze because we'd be less than a block from a 'za.

You guys are lucky. We can have a foot of snow on labour day and it lasts right up till mid may. Two winters ago it went down to minus 58 celcius. Right now it is only a few degrees above freezing
