Default Rainy Day Blues

Ever have a huge brew day planned out, just to have freak thunderstorms totally wash it out?

It can be crushingly depressing.

Actually I did get me some lemonade.

No Vodak, though.

I mean... I have it, but alcohol is my happy-time drink. When I'm down... it's not a good thing.

Tomorrow, though. I shall brew.

Oh yes.

I shall brew.

Im bummed too. I had a 300 mile motorcycle ride planned today with some buddies, but the weather isnt cooperating.

I think I'll go clean my brew rig and the brew shop...

Well, it seems to be worth the wait on my end... beautiful weather today! Top at 85 degrees... breezy... I'm even going to bottle outside today!

I started a brew in the rain last night - gave up, just heated the wort enough to pasteurise it then left it in the kettle overnight and did the boil today (decent weather). Seems not to have hurt it.
