The most pathetic post ever!

I think it all started with that link about Checking to see if your profile works, because soon after I got a pop-up saying that someone had added me to their "Friends" list. Now, I've never used this feature in any of my other forums, and am usually happy to live my life in the solitary manner to which I have become accustomed. But suddenly, because of this things have changed and I find myself reverting back to sufferring the insecurities of my very very very very distant youth.

As grateful as I was that someone noticed how truly wonderful I am and presumably felt that my charity work in saving fish from drowning bore some merit,thus being worthy of being added to his friends list. I suddenly found myself with ONE friend in the whole wide world! Hey! I've been happy all my life with no bloody friends whatsoever! But now, all of a sudden, I have ONE friend? That just makes me look like someone who is trying hard to make friends, sucking up to everyone, giving them my lunch money etc.but can only get ONE friend!

I could easily live the rest of my life with no friends. I always assumed that I would die as a reclusive hermit in a festering pool of my own piss......But how can I do that if I have ONE friend! Hermits do not have ONE frigging friend! What kind of hermit is that!?? "Here lies OhioBrit, he was a total recluse....his friend will miss him." (see anything wrong in that epitaph?)

Please, if you have a heart, invite me to be your friend so that I don't curl up into a thumb-sucking ball of trembling insecurity and end my days as a scum sucking almost-hermit!

Mark my words, I will die one day, and the missus will look on my computer to see what I have been up to. She will come on this site and see that despite making 2,457,785 posts, I could only manage to make ONE frigging friend!! She will be devastated! Would you want to morally crush a well preserved large breasted lady in that manner!? If you do, then I wish nothing but everlasting shame on you, and a pox on your family.....Unless you want to be my "Friend"

I haven't figured out the use for "friends" or collecting or adding them online.
