Just thought I would warn you guys. I went out and purchased (gasp) a few locally brewed beverages that had a halloween theme for the weekend.
For the most part they were pretty good. With one exception. Trafalger brewing's Malted Corpse. Okay I like a malty beer once in a while. You know easy on the hops a little sweetness but last time I checked beer needs to have some hops to still be beer.
It was twangy and sweet and there were other flavours I just can't describe going on. It is the first time in a long time I poured a beer down the drain. I have made some not so great beers and am still able to drink them.
I still shiver when I think about it.
