Myself, I'm sitting at work waiting for the rain to start. So far hardly a drop, damn forecasters are getting it wrong again. Cheers to all of you and hoping you all have a merry Christmas.

And a Merry Christmas to you, Revvy. I'm working while the wife is doing her duty as the church organist for the third time today.
I'm fine with it. Got A Christmas Story on in the background, a SNCA right next to me and you fine folks to keep me company.

Given the circumstances, I can't think of a better place to be right now. There are a lot of great people here.
Time to open the growler of Ahwahnee Amber Ale I got today.

Had dinner with my ex's family...still part of MY family and they welcome me and SWMBO. Winding down after a few Bell's Porters and SNCAs as well as some Apfelwein. Time to relax and see what's up on HBT! Merry Xmas to all!!

Christmas story is great... Last year I brought an lcd projector home from work and watched that and Santa Claus Conquers the Martians on my 12 foot high loft walls.

Revvy's one of the cool reverends. He has a Harley and a t-shirt that says on the back "If you can read this, the bitch was Raptured. - Madman
I gotta tell ya, just between us girls, that Revvy is HOT. Very tall, gorgeous grey hair and a terrific smile. He's very good looking in person, with a charismatic personality... he drives like a ****ing maniac! - YooperBrew

I met a guy a few years back who knew Jean Shepherd, the guy who wrote the story and narrated the movie. Guy said that Shepherd was one of the biggest assholes on the planet.
I was bummed to hear that. The story and the movie are freaking hilarious. Figured the guy might be sorta cool.

I have an excuse...SWMBO is in Afghanistan, so I watched the Dark Knight, ate Digiornio's and sipping on a beer. Gotta love it.
