Default I just found the weirdest food/beer pairing...

Strawberry yogurt and Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA.

Seriously.

I was still hungry after dinner, so I opened a single serving container of Dannon strawberry yogurt. I was only halfway through my DFH 60. Without thinking, I took a bite of yogurt, then a sip of beer. The flavors are REALLY good together!

No, really.

Cheese enjoys bringing nuts to his gums!

So, if you took Bilk and added some strawberry jam, would it be the same?
