+5 CYBI Firestone Walker's Reserve with 2 vanilla beans soaked in 2 ounces of Maker's Mark added. Brewed 9/23. Just kegged it. Sample taste reminded me of a cigar with the vanilla, oak, and a touch of alcohol burn. Looking forward to it once the weather chills here (still muggy and hot in Shanghai).
