5 Gallons of Witbier (or so. Should have measured the 5 gallon mark on my 6 gallon better bottle before I was pouring it in there.)

23,873 + 5 gallons Sour Blonde with JP dregs + 10 gallons APA split at 15 minutes to compare different flavor & aroma hops: Calypso in one half, Sorachi/Citra/Cascade/Cent blend for the other)

= 23,888
