I've been told that in the U.S. the legal amount you can brew per year is 100 gallons but I'm not positive on that one.
5 gallons of wheat w/apricots & scotch bonnet peppers
= 13840.5 gallons

The law is 100 gallons if you live by yourself. 200 gallons if you live with another adult.
