For some freakin' reason all the ones Ryanh1801 posts come up at the dreaded red X on my browser. WTFO? Is there some setting that will make that go away? Does someone have them in their gallery?

Focus,
We are behind the big bad Gub'ment firewall controlled by the Comm Idiots. Those pictures we see as a big red X are being hosted on one of the many websites that allow people to put their pictures online for the world to see. (photobucket.com and the like). Comm blocks them from us because they do not want your family to have a simple way of putting pictures of the kids online so you can see them grow up while you are deployed.
Anything that has any chance of raising morale, entertaining the troops, or making your day just a little bit better has been blocked. Morale enhancement program is in full force.
Please step to the head of the line, tuck in your PT shirt, put on your reflective belt, and prepare to be kicked in the junk.
Cake.

Dude that is some funny sh!t right there. Being in the Navy I can totally relate. There is no rhyme or reason as to why certain sites are blocked and other's are not.

Ouch. Well, Tor'll help you(it works at state level) get around that if you don't mind sidestepping it. There's a mobile package of it available that avoids installing anything. Pretty nice, but don't use it for ssl or anything needing secure access(https). Anonymous != secure. http://portabletor.sourceforge.net/

+1. Please post. As part of the job, I create multimedia presentos ranging from "exceptionally lame" to "boring, yet strangely disinteresting." Anything to keep people's interest is of value.
