Default Holy S#!+ Homebrew kicks serious butt

On my third Belgian tulip glass but my word, nothing beats the fresh stuff, made with loving care.. First two tulips were a Belgian Wit that began life with too much coriander (brew day mishap). But today (4 months later) is a lovely mélange of crispness, oranges, and dry malt. Now I'm halfway through a kitchen sink pale ale (third tulip). The concept was to use up hops remnants and by the grace of the brew gods, it is good. Marris otter, Vienna, and wheat are the scaffold supporting a triumphant melange of Amarillo, centennial, chinook, Columbus, citra, and sorachi ace. The sorachi is present in greatest quantity, comprises the latest additions and is the hop that really wins the day with this brew. Wow! Wowwy wow wow!
