Default HBT in Zulu time?

Just posted to a thread and noticed the time was 6:15 am but it is 10:15 pm west coast. The only reason i care is making give away deadlines but thought it was strange HBT goes off of England time.

I had that going on for quite a while.
Somewhere in user control panel you can set your time zone.

Tons of computer-ware use Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) - a universal world-wide standard. Time is counted forward (travelling east) from there, or backward (travelling west). Eastern Time (New York) is -5:00

OK I looked.
After you go into control panel, on the left go to edit options.
Scroll down and you will see where you can put our time zone in Pacific Standard (-8)
