Default Daym this is good!

I am sitting here drinking my house ale. It came out perfect, just what I was expecting.

I took 9 or so years off from brewing for a lot of reasons. Now I am trying to get my life back. I got back into brewing a few months ago. The first batch I made was "yellow Beer" or my house ale. Its simple all grain with a big liquid yeast starter. The first batch I made I had a few newbie mistakes. It didn't come right because I had cleaned my kegs that had beer in them from 9 or so years ago. They needed more cleaning... SO I made a lambic.

This is the second batch of the same beer. I have made 5 more since the first and this one came out just like I expected or better. Just like the beer I used to brew.

Smooth, Not too hoppy, and when the glass is empty, I wan to fill it again. Light in color, foam that lasts till the last swoller....

Daym!

David
